About Custom Couture

To get a quote you must send us a detailed email describing the gears you want and also your gimmick. You can send us pictures or drawing. The more detailed, the more accurate the quote will be. We also need some basic measurements, like your height and your weight for pricing.

We do, design* outfit from scratches, according to your needs, gimmick and preferences. We usually return a sketch within 2 to 4 weeks from upon receiving your request. We do not charge for the design however, it remains ours until you have it made.

*- If you need us to design something for you from scratch, we charge a 30$ deposit (through paypal) that we will take off the total amount once everything is approved. However if you do not have the gears made, we do keep it as fees for our time designing.

Designs and quotes are valid up to 30 days and remains ours until you have it made and paid in full. After 30 days you should write to us to see if the price has changed or if the design is still available because we might use it for another purpose if need be.

We do have a basic price chart, note that these prices applies to plain, one color spandex gears and can change at anytime without further notice.

1- Send us an email with all the details concerning your gears, designs, logos, colors, ideas, and your gimmick. You can include images if you have some, the more detailed, the better. We also need some basic measurements, like your height and your weight. If you have a deadline that you need your gears for, be aware that we currently have a waiting list of about 8 to 16 weeks.

2- We will send you back a design* (if requested), a quote and a sizing chart.

3- Once the design is approved, you then send us your measurements that you've taken yourself according to our chart or you can come directly to our shop to have your measurements taken. You do not send us payment until all information has been verified and confirmed via email.

4- All gears and shipping is payable in full in advance via CDN money order or bank deposit directly into our account. We do now accept credit card via Paypal (you do not need an account to use the service) but they are fees or 3.55% per transaction.

You do not send us money until we have reviewed the order informations and approved everything by email.

5- Upon reception of payment, it takes from 8 to 16 weeks for delivery, depending of our workload.

6- We do rush order for an additional fee of 150$ CDN and have it ready in 15 business days upon payment.

We offer t-shirts design and printing. Cost of design is 50$ whether you have them print through us or not.

To request a t-shirt design quote, send us a detailed email of what you have in mind, add any photos or drawing you might have. Tell us about your gimmick. If you want us to have them print, you need to also provide us with quantities you would like to have in men and/or women sizes.

Cost of print varies upon number of colors used in the design, the color of the t-shirt, the model of the tee (regular cut, woman cut, 3/4 sleeve...) and if you print on one or both side.

Once the design is approved, we will send you a price quote for the printing.

Order are payable in full in advance via CDN money order or bank deposit directly into our account. We do now accept credit card via Paypal (you do not need an account to use the service) but they are fees or 3% per transaction.

It usually takes from 1 to 3 weeks to have them printed and shipped to you.

We do offer a complete graphic design service for logos, flyers, poster, dvd covers and many more.

1- All seams are guaranteed up to 3 months. We will resew them for free during that time. If you cannot come directly to our workshop, we will pay the shipping back to you but you will have to send them to us yourself.

2- We do guarantee the fitting and will make adjustments for free if we have taken your measurements ourselves.

3- All warranties are void if you alter the garment in any ways or do not respect the care instructions.

Shipping cost depends on your location and the weight of your package and the service you request.

We do ship internationally*, however only through regular canadian postal service.

Regardless of the method or country, we always provide you with a tracking number.

*You are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes at the time your package arrives. Your order does not include these fees. Also note that Custom Couture is not responsible for any delays in the transit time due to an order being held up in customs.

All our gears are to be handwash in cold water using a mild soap. Suspend to dry.
